How do I buy a cruise voucher?
Buying a cruise voucher is quick and simple. Just follow our online checkout process — choose your preferred amount, add a personal message, and enter your details. Once payment is complete, your digital voucher will be sent directly to the chosen email address.
What can I spend my voucher on?
Cruise vouchers can be redeemed over the phone with our UK-based team on 0800 9541544. You can use them towards all cruises including river cruises, expedition cruises, ocean cruises, luxury cruises and more.
Our vouchers can be used only on bookings made through Adore Holidays Limited, a fully licensed and bonded UK travel agency. They cannot be used towards bookings made directly with tour operators (such as Jet2, TUI, or Disney) or with other travel agents.
Can I use my voucher on an existing booking?
Cruise vouchers can only be applied to new or existing bookings made directly with Adore Holidays Limited. If your current booking was made with another travel agent or directly with a tour operator, unfortunately, we’re unable to apply your voucher to that booking.
Can I order a physical voucher?
All our vouchers are sent digitally via email. However, they’re designed so you can easily print a stylish version at home if you’d like to present a physical card as a gift.
Where will my voucher be sent?
All vouchers are delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address. You can choose to send it directly to the recipient or to yourself, so you can forward it or print it at a later date.
Why is my voucher not valid for 7 days after purchase?
For security reasons, all payments must fully clear before redemption. This usually takes up to 7 days. Once cleared, your Gift Card can be used towards any eligible holiday, cruise, or trip. If you need to book sooner, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Is my money safe when I buy a voucher?
Yes — your money is 100% protected. cruisevouchers.co.uk is part of Adore Holidays Limited, a fully ABTA and ATOL bonded travel agency through the Hays Independence Group the largest independent travel agent in the UK. This means all package holidays are financially protected, giving you total peace of mind when booking.
How long is my voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (or from the chosen delivery date if you’ve selected a future delivery). The expiry date will be clearly shown on your email confirmation.
Can I book a holiday that begins after my voucher expires?
Yes — as long as you redeem your cruise voucher and make your booking before the expiry date. Once your voucher has expired, it cannot be redeemed.

What happens if my voucher expires?
Unfortunately, once a voucher has expired, we’re unable to extend or redeem it. Don’t worry — we’ll send you a reminder before your expiry date so you have plenty of time to use it.
Can I redeem multiple vouchers on one booking?
Yes, absolutely. You can redeem multiple valid Gift Cards on a single booking, provided they were all purchased through cruise.co.uk/voucher-check-balance/ and are within their 12-month validity period.
What happens if I don’t spend the full balance of my Gift Card?
Any remaining balance will stay on your voucher and can be used on future bookings until the expiry date. You can check your balance here. https://holidaygiftcards.co.uk/check-gift-card-balance

Can I exchange my voucher for cash?
No, voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred into credit. They can only be used towards travel bookings made through Adore Holidays Limited.
Can I use my voucher online?
Vouchers must be redeemed over the phone with one of our expert travel consultants to ensure your holiday is perfectly tailored to your needs.

Are vouchers refundable?
Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure all recipient details are correct before completing your order.
