Redeeming our vouchers is easy. On the reverse of each voucher are the terms & conditions and the process for redemption. Because the availability of any holiday is ‘ live ‘ and can disappear at any time we ask you to confirm your booking with an initial deposit from a debit or credit card. You can then use the vouchers to make further payments. Where you have enough vouchers to cover the full value of the holiday we will refund your initial deposit to the credit or debit card you used to make the deposit.

We are unable to refund part value of the vouchers but you are welcome to upgrade or add further items to make up the difference.
